  1. How long will it take to get my order?

That depends on the shipping method you select.  You are offered three choices when checking out:

  • The most cost-effective: the carrier which offers the fastest turnaround with the lowest shipping rate, a good choice striking the balance between cost and shipping time.
  • The least expensive shipping method.
  • The fastest turnaround time (and usually may cost the most).

 

  1. What shipping carriers do you use?

We have access to most commonly used carriers in the market, including UPS, DHL, FedEx, Hong Kong Post and China Post.  It’s all up to you.

 

  1. Is insurance included in the purchase price?

No, but we can arrange for that. Just drop us a note in the comment field of your order, and we’ll send you a revised shipping cost with insurance included by email.

 

  1. How long will it take you to respond to a customer’s question?

Apart from returns and refunds, we will get back to you within 48 hours upon receiving your queries.  We apologize that we can only respond through email at this moment.  Please refer to “Returns and Refunds” page for the turnaround time related to returns and refunds.

 

  1. Somebody sent me a LittoHot gift card, how can I redeem it?

 

  1. I got a discount coupon from you guys, how can I redeem it?

 

  1. I’m not happy about LittoHot, is there a number to call?
Sorry! LittoHot is still relatively small and young and we are definitely looking into better ways for more direct interaction with our customers.
