Returns and Refunds Policy

All sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds except for the following situations:

  1. Order lost and not delivered

We strive to ship your order promptly and most orders will be fulfilled within 48 hours upon confirmation of your order, unless the item is on backorder in which case we will notify you  by email.  Please note that there are many reasons for delay in delivery.  We estimated that the usual turnaround time will be about 15 – 30 days for standard air mail and  5-14 days for express/courier service.  An order will NOT be considered as lost and not delivered unless a missing report is filed with the concerned carrier by LittoHot.  We will ONLY do this 45 days after the delivery date of your order and upon receving your request for refund because of non-delivery of order. Please see “How to submit a request  for refund/return” for more details.

Once we have filed a missing report and we have a confirmation (no later than 60 days) from the shipping carrier concerned, we can then replace your package. We will confirm with you on your address during this process.
We do not refund or replace packages not picked up on-time, lost in transit or returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address. Customers are reminded to have the shipping accurately entered during checkout.
  1. Delivery of incorrect item.

We take shipping and packaging your order very seriously. Our warehouse utilizes barcode technology, RFID, final item counting and package weight recording to ensure each order is fulfilled correctly.  If you have received your order that is incorrect or incomplete, you must do the following within 48hrs of receiving the package:

  • DO NOT throw any of the packaging or product materials away. Keep ALL packaging materials come with your order.
  • Weigh your package and its contents. You can use a scale with an accuracy of ± 5g.
  • Photograph the package and its contents. The photo must show products, packing materials clearly, as well as the shipping label of the concerned order.
  • Email with the subject “Incorrect/incomplete Order:Order #) and the following information;
Order Number,
Package Weight,
Problem with your particular order,
Photos as mentioned in 3(iii) above.
  1. We are unable to entertain any request if information as stipulated in 2 above cannot be provided by the customer.
  1. Please respond promptly to any email communication regarding returns and refunds, we will considered that you DO NOT wish to proceed further with your request if we receive no response from you 45 days after we have requested action from your end via email or you have failed to send back the incorrect or incomplete order within 30 days of our email communication requesting you to return the order in dispute.  Under this circumstance, we will close your request officially.


Product Return (if applicable)

  1. Please contact us at  for details of the return procedures  and the return-shipping address.  
  2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund within 7 – 14  days after receiving the returned product. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a month of the approval.
  4. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


How to submit request  for refunds/returns

We shall request customers to provide evidence, if applicable, for return and refund requests as stipulated above. Please contact us at within the specified time period and to obtain further details on returning of incorrect products for refunds.  Any refund/return request  made after 7 days of delivery will not be entertained.
